By accepting these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant that you are not under the age of 18. You agree to provide full, accurate, and truthful information when creating your Taiyi Institute account (“Account”), including, but not limited to, your name, email address and password, which will be used as your Taiyi Institute ID and credentials. If you are under the age of 18, do not provide any information on the Site and through any of its features, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any other personal information and you should promptly exit this Site. You are only permitted to use the Site, your Account, the Services, and the Products for personal, non-commercial purposes.
When you use the Site or Services, send e-mails, messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree to all of the above, whether you receive the information, techniques or services from the Site, from Taiyi Institute, from other persons listed on the Site or from any other party purporting to practice any of the techniques or services discussed herein.
The Site and its content, features, and functionality (including all information, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Taiyi Institute, its licensors, and other providers of such material, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other US laws. When you use the Site, your Account, and the Services, you do so under a license from Taiyi Institute.
